An excellent Software

The overall experience of my team has been good. Without any formal training with the product they have found it easy to use. All the employees, vendors and clients are well satisfied. Data storage, documentation has been on point. Very impressed with the updated features.Their team does an excellent job in assisting in training, for new as well as existing features. My team has finally found a software that makes managing projects a seamless job. It stores all the files of multiple projects at fingertips and there is absolutely no need of digging through file cabinets to search for a folder. All the project info is one location and program. This makes viewpoint a unique software. Highly recommend this to everyone in the construction industry.

It is easy to use and user-friendly system

Viewpoint construction management system is easy to use, accessible, interface is user friendly and they have an extremely professional customer support staff. All the clients and contractors can directly answer to RFI, change order requests. It is simpler in terms of creation of projects and uploading of drawings. It lets the user swap project drawings to the foreman instantly.No need of carrying a laptop or binders to organize all the paperwork. Viewpoint is genuinely a good asset for ease of foreman duties.Updates and downloads are done easily. My team relies on the program blindly to to check the bid prints. The customer support has been of immense help and I couldn't have thanked them enough in helping me to train my staff.

Viewpoint is a good construction management software

Viewpoint construction management software has completely untied us from the desks. It can be used with iPhones and iPads in order to verify plans, create RFI, and many other tasks while out of the office area. Users needn't be afraid to experiment with it.The chat support team is just outstanding.Viewpoint provides seamless information sharing and exchange on all levels for a project. Its ability to pinpoint and document important details gives my team members a real time access to oversee a project. Even if hands on experience is limited, viewpoint is bound to ease out all the operations even for a new user.The customer support is very prompt and quick in their response time.
