VoiceXchange comes with an easily configurable call flow. It has a highly integrated IVR system that connects customers, database, fax machines and telephones. Its calling and administrative features are very straightforward. This ivrs software provides all the bells and whistles that are required for an easy to use package. The integration that comes with it is just great for outbound campaigns that use predictive dialing.Seamlessly streamline all agent and campaign data from the user interface without having to open multiple programs. The variety of reports that this software offers have been very well thought out. The software in itself is very user friendly and easy to navigate around. The customer support is great and always present for help.
