From my experience with Vtiger, I can say that it has simplified all the critical processes of my company. Our sales team is able to track opportunities and view sales funnel reports, our marketing team can email and tag contacts to specific target audiences, and our project unit has better follow-up and control with great reworking capabilities and alerts. Additionally, the management team has accurate information for decision-making. Overall, my experience with Vtiger CRM has been very good.

I see it as the perfect CRM for your sales. It handles all necessary sales automation processes with perfection. I have also discovered that it has several variants and can work virtually for all kinds of businesses.

Everything is amazing. However, it is highly affordable, which makes it suitable for small businesses.

There is not much to mention as a drawback. However, the installation is not as straightforward as possible.

For businesses, it is very important to find a quality multi-functional CRM system that combines the capabilities of all necessary programs for successful operations. The program includes all essential functions for sales, effective marketing, and customer support. We use the Organization, Contact, Opportunity, Comment, Calendar, Documents, Cases, and Reports modules. - The Organization and Contact module is useful for entering details of customers' accounts and contacts. - The Opportunity module is useful for converting hot or potential customers (or leads) into business. - The Comment module is useful for adding comments to records. - The Calendar module is useful for entering meeting or call-related details for records. - The Document module is useful for uploading and downloading documents. - The Cases module is useful for creating cases related to respective Opportunities or Contacts. - The Reports module is useful for preparing and managing various reports.
What do you like best about Vtiger CRM?
It is an application that helps organize everything related to marketing, sales, and support. It has a very easy-to-use user interface.
What do you dislike about Vtiger CRM?
Not provided new enhancement points as per their commitment - default sales and help desk reports should be prepared by the Vtiger team and available in the Reports module.

With Vtiger CRM software, the web interface is very easy to use and the speed is quite good. Its biggest advantages are that the software is accessible from anywhere and that it is cloud-based. It has a central database with every detail that we need for dealing with companies, clients, mail outs, tech support, or training. It provides users with powerful automation options such as the automatic sending of a follow-up email just a week after sending a quotation. The technical and customer support team is amazing. We always get a reply within an hour of sending a query. They go the extra mile to help their customers sort out an issue. When my team recently wanted some customization on a PDF template, their team spent several hours working on it and sorted the necessary changes for us. You're bound to get a lot more than what you pay for. Don't let the low price fool you because Vtiger does 90% of what other software do, for a much lower price.

Vtiger CRM software includes everything that an organization needs to be customer-centric in terms of sales, support, and marketing. With this software, users can easily manage contacts, send emails, track deals, and build quotes and invoices, track customer projects, and collaborate with the help of different built-in communication tools. There is immense ease of use in managing marketing campaigns, sending email templates, and editing HTML emails. The customer support is amazing, and the representatives are highly knowledgeable. They are ready to go the extra mile for their customers. Vtiger in its entirety is quite impressive, and their team is always working on its growth by introducing new features from time to time. Vtiger provides better access to the information that my team needs at any time, even when we do not have an internet connection. It has been a wonderful experience with Vtiger, and we would like to continue the association.
