WATI API Integration, Team Inbox and Broadcast

We have been using WATI for the past 2 years. We have also integrated it with our in-house CRM. The platform is very easy to use, and the configuration can be done by anyone. WATI also provides snippet code for bot generation, which can be placed on the website for traffic and lead generation.

The bot should be improved, as there is no feature to go back to the main menu. For that, we have to connect the end flow to the starting point again. There should be a button to go back to the main menu.

What features is Wati currently missing?

Two CTA button can be created at once but if a user clicks on 1st CTA button like: apply now and now want to click on call now button so in that case only 1st button is responsive, the second button when clicked after 1st doesn't work.

Feedback of WATI Platform- Professional and Standard Plan

I have been using WATI since January 2022, and I am pleased to say that the platform is really easy to use for sending broadcast messages to the target audience. The flow maker is easy to build, and the platform for sending broadcast messages is convenient. The only issue I face with WATI is that customer support is not prompt, nor can we call the support for instant issue resolution. We have to email them, and they get back to us in 1-2 days, often with incomplete information. Additionally, the dashboard sometimes shows incorrect numbers, such as the number of failed messages. They need to improve the support and UI of the panel.
