I have been using WATI from 2022 Jan and I am pleased to say that the platform is really easy to use and send broadcast messages to the target audience. The flow maker is easy to build also the platform to send broadcast message is convenient. The only issue I face in WATI is that the customer support is not prompt nor we can call the support for instant issue resolution, we have to mail them and then they get back to us in 1-2 days that too with half information. Also the dashboard sometimes shows the incorrect number like no. of failed messages. They need to improve the support and UI of the Panel.

Earlier there was a feature in WATI to check that which number is available in whatsapp and which is not. I guess they need to implement that feature back
