WebEngage lets you engage your user across all channels.

We had difficulty finding an affordable automation tool with good API support and an easy-to-use journey builder for SMS and email. For that, WebEngage hits all the right notes. It packs the punch of large automation frameworks like Marketo, Eloqua, or Responsys. Yet, it is much less expensive, and the tech stack is far more startup-friendly. Regarding communication, we now have significantly improved control over targeting thanks to WebEngage. We've seen improvements throughout the funnel by sending the right content in the right context.

What do you like best about WebEngage?

We had been looking for a marketing automation tool for a few months before discovering WebEngage. Integrating the tool with Segment.com was one of our primary requirements. We didnt want to do another tech integration because Segment.com already received all of our data. It wasnt hard to get started with WebEngage because it had this integration. WebEngage likewise offered an extremely valuable and one-of-a-kind component of client ventures. WebEngage also met our second criterion, which was this. We automate our marketing by establishing rules like sending an SMS to a user if a user has signed up but has not proceeded within 5 days, waiting for 2 days and then sending an email, sending a push notification, and so on. This is by a long shot our most utilized feature, which pleasantly integrates all remaining elements of WebEngage.

What do you dislike about WebEngage?

The estimating model deters trial and error and makes detours regarding onboarding. For an instrument that doesnt really send messages (they have combinations with every single driving source), the estimating is excessively steep in view of the number of dynamic clients/occasions you can send.

WebEngage is a spic and span site

Enjoying this product has been a dream. It's as if we offer our clients a technique to integrate customer engagement tools into our site to gather valuable customer feedback. WebEngage is straightforward and helpful, and easy to incorporate into our website. After integration, we were able to build our own contact and feedback forms, as well as on-site surveys, allowing us to continuously improve the customer experience.

To achieve this, they provide one-time integration, no major code changes, and all available controls and settings will be managed from a single dashboard for the simplest possible use. Once integrated, you will be able to build your own contact and feedback forms, as well as on-site surveys that will allow you to seek user input in real time, whether you need to measure customer satisfaction, generate leads, or gauge the effectiveness of a new advertising campaign. Nice Product and good support customer

When we decided to overhaul and modernize our marketing process, the first thing that came to mind was getting a good CRM since our customer base was growing steadily. To that end, we chanced upon a free trial of the Webengage software and have since become regular paid users. The functions we specifically liked were those of multi-channel marketing, which increased the visibility and accessibility of our products.

Great Customer Support

We have used the campaign personalization engine of WebEngage and have benefited in multiple ways towards greater customer engagement and satisfaction. We have been able to create dynamically personalized messages and campaigns and used push notifications to great effect. It has also helped us personalize our communication across the web, email, and SMS channels. Overall, a great experience!

Best Performance Software

WebEngage has been a phenomenal tool for us to increase our customer engagement and satisfaction. With unique features such as cross-device segmentation and multi-channel engagement, we have been able to improve the performance of our sales teams as well as the field reps.
