I spent several days researching and organizing my storage company data to be compatible with the web self-storage platform. I used both direct account portal entries. When that resulted in multiple crashes and failures, I switched to loading all my customer data into a provided spreadsheet for WSS to pack for an additional fee. Unfortunately, the spreadsheet they provided did not allow for normal editing of cells, which created more frustration. The frustration and inability to fix the upload glitches led to me being seen as a high-maintenance customer, so they decided to terminate the relationship before we ever got activated. We will need to find another vendor with a more robust product and a more customer-oriented IT team.
