This Site is a Total SCAM
This site does not work at all. They lie to you to get you signed up, and then you can never speak with anyone when you can't get it to work. They refuse to give a refund.

Do NOT Buy, the site is a total scam
The site is a total scam. They have a 72-hour refund policy despite charging you annually. They make it extremely difficult to cancel your account. You can't call; you have to submit a support ticket, but they will not honor the cancellation and will try to talk you into 'fixing the software,' which then goes past the 72-hour limit. You'll eventually need to file a chargeback to get your refund. This is a scam site that preys on people who don't want the hassle of processing refunds.

Nothing! The software doesnt work. They try to get you to download third-party backup software, but even their software doesnt connect with it.

Customer service is horrible; they make it impossible to refund, and the site is just a flat-out scam.

Avoid Webwatcher
For 4 years, they've advertised as compatible with McAfee, knowing it isn't. They blame McAfee, refuse refunds, won't cancel your account, and keep charging.
