Enterprise has been designed to meet the longstanding demand of hoteliers and groups for an efficient corporate-level support tool and manages operations seamlessly across groups.
High-level workflow between the departments improves operational efficiency and better-cost control. System is highly configurable to meet every hotel chains standards and processes. This integrated enterprise system is designed to take any high volume of transactions at ease and very effective for groups / chains to spread corporate culture across globe.
It comes with in-built modules for Front Office, House Keeping, Call monitoring, Point of sale, Purchase, Inventory, F & B, Accounts, Payroll and Banquet.
- Front Office: It is a multi-featured module in WinHMS which is designed to provide improved services to the customers with a user-friendly graphical user interface. It can handle a wide variety of operations such as reservation, check-in, guest folio & billing, automatic night audit, guest profiling and rate management.
- House Keeping: Lost & found, Missing & damage, Guest amenities, Room blocking, Guest complaints, Laundry billing.
- Call Monitoring: Telephone calls billing, extension call billing, wakeup call, Call-barring.
- Point of sale: The system supports order taking on mobile devices such as tablet PCs, mobile phone, or any smart device with wireless LAN capability. Kitchen display boards are available as an option to traditional KOT printing. The kitchen display board supports order status data such as in-process, ready to be served and served. You will not need a standalone restaurant point of sale system.
- Purchase: Purchase order, Order amendment, Cancellation, Supplier contract management, Rate management and Purchase order follow-ups.
- Inventory: It is a very important part of the Hospitality Management Solution. This module of WinHMS includes multiple store’s inventories, material receipt of the order, minimum and maximum stock control, expiry item inventory with cost centers and department wise consumption controls. WinHMS serves as a complete inventory management Software for a hotel.
- F&B Costing: Recipe based costing, Daily / Monthly issue based costing, Daily / Monthly consumption based costing.
- Accounts: Handles GL, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Bank reconciliation, Post dated cheques, Multi currency accounting, Multi-level groupings in chart of accounts, Cost centre and division accounting.
- AR/AP: Cheque printing, Outstanding reminders and follow-ups.
- Payroll: Employee profile maintenance, Earnings / Deductions employee wise, Employee payslip computation, Statutory postings, Payslip reporting, Gratuity and OT computation.

Winhms is somewhat dated software that lacks ease of use, as shortcut keys are not activated and report generation is long and tiring. There are also many bugs that need to be fixed.
