To create a WordPress website, you don't need any coding knowledge. The majority of people do not create a website because they do not know how to code. A basic understanding of HTML and CSS, on the other hand, would be quite beneficial. However, if you don't know how to code, this isn't a problem.

What do you dislike about WordPress?

There not so many things to dislike about wordpress but there is few. Many of the free wordpress themes are looks very outdated. It's not as user friendly as Wix or Shopify.

WP's on-site search is horrible. I would be nice if the search function was at least good, if not great. Definitely something to work on.

Wordpress Paid Plan

I have been working on WordPress from over a year and I can say, it can be a one stop solution for high-end commercial websites. Although, I cannot deny that customisation is limited until you decide to create plugin or write or a code yourself as features provided are very much limited and creating something entirely different is somewhat-difficult. I found WordPress easy to use if we plan to opt for plugins out there in WordPress plugin dashboard. Writing piece of code to perform an operation can be easily avoided.

Availability of Plugins can be increased. Also error inspection is missing as whenever a critical error arises, admin cannot trace it easily.

For any special requirements they have plugins developed by developers and all comes with 2 version Free and Pro. Free normally works and in case of special requirement you can go Pro. One of the best CMS ever.

It's been 10 years I started writing blogs on wordpress based website. Over these years I can surely say the platform has grown from just a blog to literally any type of website you can think of! What I like most about wordpress is how it gives you complete control of your files and data whereby you are not tied to a web hosting company. This way you are able to move your website anywhere you want. Wordpress provides a huge collection of plugins, add-ons and extensions that help you extend your website and make it better. It makes website building easy with thousands of templates and website designs to choose from in your customization allowing you to create unique websites. The new content uploader helps to speed up editing and uploading of articles

What do you dislike about WordPress?

it does not come with an inbuild website builder that enables the drag and drop feature which is very important in creating websites. It takes a little bit of time for beginners to learn the basics. Apart from that it works very well for our developers as it provides all the tools and features required of a good content management software

Before moving to wordpress we were using drupal initially.It was very complex to use and also had a very high learning curve making it difficult for new users to be familiar with it. To use drupal one must have coding experience unlike wordpress where it is not a must.

I think wordpress is the most popular or has the largest user community because it is very easy to use and also has very powerful features.Its scalability is also top notch
