Easy and so simple. I getting any kind of info with one click. Especially searching for student with their Admissions number. and finding students parents by their contact number.

As someone who was recently onboarded, workday proves to be essential in completing my process. It was able to quickly get familiar with the software and didn't face much problem. Only drawback I would say is the customer support as I was on hold for roughly 20 mins before I managed to talk to someone. All in all product was quite efficient.

A Great, User-Friendly System with Some Quirks
Overall, this is a much better system than others I have used. I like how it includes the entire staffing life-cycle, performance review information, coaching plans for under-performance, a wealth of reporting capabilities and the list goes on. My rating maybe unfairly impacted or biased as we transitioned to Workday from PeopleSoft about a year ago and massive change like your HRIS is always a challenge.

Customization is expensive and takes time to load from non-production to production environment, user training could have been better
