I have been using Workiva Wdesk for managing my documents. Workiva has versions of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, which help to create documents on the go. It also allows you to import and export data to use outside Wdesk. Even though Wdesk presents a replica tool for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, one of the best features of Wdesk is that it doesn't require any saving. The documents are auto-saved, and there is an audit trail of every change or update that has happened to them. One disadvantage of Workiva is that it doesn't let you edit and work on an existing Microsoft document. So if you have created a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel and want to continue with it in Workiva, then the same cannot be done. You may have to create a new spreadsheet in Workiva and copy-paste the content. I have been using Workiva to manage my day-to-day documentation. I also use Workiva to complete my certifications, which can be sent to users for review and attestation. It has been a wonderful experience with Workiva, with some great features.

What do you like best about Workiva?
Its ability to send certifications is a unique feature, as it helps complete the governance around a number of documents we maintain for a client to ensure those documents are up to date.
What do you dislike about Workiva?
One of the disadvantages of Workiva is it doesn't let you edit and work on an existing Microsft document. So if you have created a spreadsheet in Microsoft excel and you want to continue with it in Workiva then the same cannot be done. You will have to perhaps create a new spreadsheet in workiva and copy paste the content.
What features is Workiva currently missing?
None that I could think of but it will be good to have the microsoft files integrated with Workiva.

None that I can think of apart from Office 365

Workiva perfectly satisfies all my business requirements. The software is easy to use and user-friendly, with a timely customer support system. The charts can be changed dynamically without any additional work. I could easily track all activities of my business with the help of Workiva. The best part is that the reports can be customized as needed and they are highly accurate. Highly recommended tool as it has reduced the human hours needed to create multiple charts every time.

The way Workiva walked our project through their software was fantastic. I love the linking capabilities and the hyperlinking capabilities for exhibits. It's easy to collaborate with the reporting team and among the various teams at our company. The best part is the ease of linking various parts of a document and only having to change it once. It saves so much of my work efforts and, in a way, reduces errors that could have occurred in manually changing numbers in every report at every location. Workiva staff was professional and knowledgeable. Customer service is clearly their top priority.

Lots of functionality and in-depth analysis. Very powerful charts and graphs that are much easier to use than Excel. Perfectly meets my business need to combine multiple data sources with Workiva. Good support network online to help understand the software. Ease of use, friendly interface, and excellent customer support. I love the ability to dynamically change the charts just by turning data sets on and off to drill down and analyze individual data sets without having to create dozens of new charts. We can track everything we need to run our business with Workiva.

Very much aligned with the industry standards, Workiva builds reports that are easily readable and 100% accurate. The software can be used on both mobile and computer. I have used it many times to generate some last-moment reports.

We have been using Workiva for quite some time now. It has offered us flawless reports of sales, finance, and ad hocs. For the cost this app comes for, it works like magic. The Android and iOS support gives us the freedom to use the app anywhere to generate a qu.

While using it on the desktop, we always need to be online as it does not have software but a webpage.
