Support is too slow, some of their screens could be more intuitive and have better functionality. Maybe they need an Ideas box for clients to add recommendations.

quite a few but hard to mention here, it's more about Bank Reconciliations for me, if you have 200 to do there is not a bulk REC functionality that simple

The system has the best reporting. It's very easy to train new users. Easy to migrate data. It's a beautiful accountings software as the slogan goes. The costs are just reasonable and affordable even to small enterprises.
