"We were evaluating multiple solutions for our business. Procurement and Inventory were the key challenges in the existing system. There was no proper linkage between a material request to enquiry to a purchase order and subsequent invoices. It was becoming very difficult for us to track things and pull out report for paid invoices vs unpaid invoices, open PO’s vs closed PO’s, goods received vs not received and so on… After seeing many software demonstrations, we saw a demo of Xpedeon too. I must say, the in-dept expertise that has gone into the product is immense. Within the first session itself we were able to see all our dots were getting stitched in the product. Post that, we had shared a list of problems being faced in the existing solution. Xpedeon team were cooperative enough to configure all those in their system and show us the full details. We were very happy to see the richness and overall gamut of solution. But due to this present prevailing global pandemic, we had to hold this initiative for time being due to financial issues. But once this situation subsides, I would definitely recommend Xpedeon to my management."

It is an amazing platform that lets you really fit the system to your own company's needs, it is also great that all our information is accessed through one system and it is very easy to train people to use the system as it design and functionality is very intuitive
