What features is Zabbix currently missing?
The customization of the UI is lacking of alternatives, maybe with the help of the community we could get some template that can be adapted to our environment.
What other products like Zabbix have you used or evaluated?
We made initial use of PRTG Network Monitor but with our migration to AWS services we decided to look for an open source adaptable and customizable tool which was Zabbix, and already in our site in the AWS cloud its operability is remarkable.

Zabbix is very feature rich monitoring software. But it's little bit difficult to configure. If we learn to use and configure, it is one of the best tool for monitoring. This is an open-source tool and you will get more support from many forums and there are many followers aswell.

Zabbix monitoring tool
It's very easy to use and monitor any device which uses SNMP protocol. Even a person can monitor his CCTV camera. We in the organization use this efficiently and very reliable one. We monitor different devices on network and very useful for customer support.
