Telephony for small businesses. We have been using Zadarma for a couple of years now without any problems. First, the price is one of the lowest in the market. Secondly, the number of virtual numbers is impressive. We obtained a regional city number and an 8-800 number, which proved to be more than sufficient for operating across Russia. Third, it's very easy to set up. Without a dedicated team of IT specialists, we managed to set everything up ourselves effortlessly.

The company has about 10 employees handling phone calls. Previously, each employee had their own personal number, which customers called and from which employees made calls. This created specific problems and added complexity to the work. When it became necessary to resolve these issues and have a single number for everyone, the choice fell on Zadarma. This decision was primarily due to the low price and the large number of virtual numbers available. Additionally, it was very easy to set up everything, and they have a convenient personal account where you can adjust all the settings and view all the data. There are also plans to start using their free CRM, but that has not been implemented yet. Once we get started, I'll write a separate review.

I have been using Zadarma for the last 2-3 years. It offers many plans, and you just need to make monthly payments to enjoy the benefits. The impressive thing is that the cost for numbers starts from $1/month, making it an affordable solution. Additionally, it provides a free cloud-based phone system as long as you continue making monthly payments, giving you full control. Must try.

I've never seen such an unprofessional approach from any service provider. They required a passport as verification proof, but now, after providing it, they say it is not required. When I asked which document is required, the response was, We recommend you use another service provider. I was also not very interested in their services; I only shared the number I purchased from Zadarma with all my clients. I WILL SUGGEST NOT TO GO WITH THEM, AS THEY MIGHT HARM YOUR BUSINESS BY STOPPING THEIR SERVICES AT ANY POINT IN TIME.
