Speed very slow
It's taking minutes to open a page and to save. I have been using it for around 5 years for 2 files of XBRL Filing. The application was slower earlier but acceptable. Recently, it's so slow that we can't work on it, and the customer support is also very poor. All the numbers provided on the website are not working, and the new numbers provided for customer service are also switched off. The sales department is very active as it was earlier, and all the focus is on closing a lead by making the payment at the earliest.

It's easy to use and doesn't require any training at all. It is the best software for converting and filling information in XBRL format according to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) mandate. It has all the required options that one can expect.
