Feeds

With live feeds, all employees can be kept on the same page on Company activities.  Feeds are available at the company level, group level, and also each member gets their personal feed. The Company Wall lets you post network wide announcements, circulate company newsletters, and discuss important issues. The feed within a group gives your team a space to share information and add tasks, events, collaborate with each other. Your personal feed shows you updates from groups you are part of, posts you've been mentioned, and posts started by you.

Groups

Groups are spaces for teams to work together. Zoho Connect offers no limitation on the number of groups that can be created in a network. Members of groups can create tasks, events, polls, share files within the group, and create chatrooms exclusively for their team. In a nutshell, groups foster team collaboration by providing each team with the right tools and applications to help them with their work. 

Chat

Have one-on-one conversations with anyone in your network. With chat, you can also hold video calls, voice calls, share files and share your desktop. The smart chat in Zoho Connect lets you talk with anyone in your network without having to add them as a contact. You can also create chatrooms exclusively for teams to hold real-time conversations, and resolve issues more promptly.

File Sharing

Create documents, spreadsheets and presentations from within Zoho Connect, and organize them. You can make files in your Google Drive account available in Zoho Connect. You can also upload pictures, videos and music to your files application
