Zoho CRM software offers small to large-sized business organizations a complete client relationship life cycle management solution. It manages sales, marketing, customer service as well as inventory in a single system. The software integrates with Zoho Mail and is very affordable as compared to its competitors. My staff and I have been using Zoho CRM for a year now. The "How To" guides are in depth and they answer all the questions that a user is searching for. Once the overall setup is done and the system is up and running, Zoho is the best CRM system. We love its Sales Inbox feature and the way it separates the salesmen's emails. My staff also uses Zoho CRM app on their phones and they are very impressed. To be honest, we've never had a CRM software as easy as Zoho. It's very different from the other software in its category. The customer support has been exemplary all this while. The representatives were available even on weekends to answer our queries during the initial setup. Great software, intuitive interface and amazing service!
