Zoho CRM is the most affordable CRM and is quite feature-rich. It's easy to understand and the best tool for collaboration. One of the hardest issues we were facing was managing the leads and after-sales support for our clients. We were able to handle both in a more effective and time-saving way.

We've been pleasantly surprised by how powerful and adaptable Zoho CRM is. We use the CRM's sales pipeline (Deal management) to maintain client information, and we like it for managing clients (sales pipeline). Zoho allows you to customize the process, adding and renaming columns as required. It's simple to move individuals through the process and see how long they've lingered in a particular column, for example. In addition, Zoho Campaigns helps us maintain potential leads in separate lists.
