Zoho Inventory is a great package for my company. I have just a handful of products, but struggled with managing inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, packing slips and invoicing. I was using 5 different products and having to type my orders far too many times. With Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books, it's a one-stop shop for my orders. I just enter it once, and Zoho does the rest for me. Such a time saver!

I switched to Zoho after using QuickBooks Online for years. It is much easier to use and not as glitchy as QuickBooks. The transfer of information between Shopify and Etsy is amazing!

The free trial period was extremely helpful, and the onboarding experience was pleasant. We are looking forward to continuing the use of Zoho Inventory and eventually adding Zoho Books.

Zoho Inventory is a tool that saves tons of time, accounting for production manufactured and coordinating between teams. Easy to use interface, looking great on mobile too, most functionality we need is there. Missing a few customisation options as regards different product configurations, but might be too specific to our business. Price-wise is very cost-efficient. Highly recommend.

Quite straightforward to use. Takes a fair bit of learning, but comes with the territory. It's very helpful to use ChatGPT or something similar to walk through issues (much faster than trying to watch the videos online.)

You need to learn how to manage and document your transactions to make sure the inventory is being properly added, compromised or used. Zoho Inventory has changed the way I can organize my company. Now that I upgraded, I have a way for my Sales rep to access the inventory, create Sales Orders and keep track of his commissions, which made my life much easier, without having to calculate everything manually and leave margin for big errors.

We started using Zoho Inventory in September 2025. It made our processes easier, faster and more organized, creating Invoices, organizing our customer list, and custom reports its been something else to do, no stress, just simple steps to complete. We highly recommend.

I was not sure which inventory app to use so Zoho Inventory had pretty good free tier with enough features to setup and test the app and eventually we liked how convenient it is. The support team is very helpful and I assume the pricing is fair as well.

Zoho Inventory has everything you would need plus more. Easy implementation and set up to grow with your company. With the availability API integrations there are no limits to this suite of applications.
