Zoho Inventory is very good value for money. However, the barcode scanner didn't respond well when we took orders; most of the time, it needed to scan 2 to 3 times. Also, it does not auto-save when adding items.

Faster response when using a mobile device to scan the barcode, and add autosave when adding items to sales orders. Larger item photos when printing our sales order.

This software is really great for tracking the inventory in my little business. I can see it on my PC and phone, which makes it great. It's really easy to enter new products, and processing sales is a breeze. It's really kept me a lot more organized than a spreadsheet ever would have done. There are a couple of little quirks with reporting and integrations that keep it from being a 5-star product, but those aren't detrimental to the overall experience.

We have been using Zoho Invoicing for the past six months, and it has really helped us save time creating invoices. Previously, we used to handwrite all of our invoices, and the paperwork was very time-consuming. Now, with Zoho, it has helped us be more organized and get our invoices to our customers faster than before. We are also using Zoho Inventory to help with our warehouse management.

Being easy to use and easy to customize, anyone can use it. I do like the way that you can email customer receipts and have their own portal.
What do you dislike about Zoho Inventory?
If all services were free, it would be great. There are a lot of options, and it works great. I just need to get familiarized with the serial tracking, but other than that, its great.

We use it for inventory management in our warehouse. I have recommended it to others, and they have also moved their inventory to Zoho. I did have some initial learning curve, but after that, it was good.

I would say its been able to manage the loose and pack much better than other implementations I have seen, like in QuickBooks. These were much more advanced, though it takes a bit of time to understand how to use it, but once you know, its easy.

Every company has similar things to manage (more or less). And when it comes to managing ALL the aspects that a company needs to work in an integrated way, Zoho is the BEST solution you can possibly use. From accounting to inventory management, shipping, invoicing, and people management. ALL IN ONE. I have been using Zoho for more than five years and couldn't be happier with this choice.

Zoho Inventory has been great for our business, as we needed something to keep track of the many parts and pieces we sell. We transitioned from another software company, and for the most part, it went very smoothly. There's a lot to learn with Zoho, but they have numerous videos online to help. I would also encourage anyone to use the chat service with them for help. It's usually easiest to get the answer you want. Glad I switched.
