I think right from raising invoices to collecting payments, the whole journey is detailed and very customizable. The payment reconciliation, GST filing, and analytics part is something I am looking to benefit from a lot in the coming months.

I have used a lot many tools, latest one was from Razorpay, all other products are made very generic and does not tend to give end to end solution to all business reporting. I thing the way Zoho's dashboard is designed makes it a very integrated and easy to use single screen software that takes care of most of the things

This is helpful software for me because I cant record my expenses, and with this, I can now record all the expenses of my business.

The mail option, when we create a mail, then the automated mail we get sometimes for business, but I deal with individual services, and the mail template should also improve. I personally love Zoho very much, and I recommend it to all.

Very comfortable and easy to use, mainly for uploading vendors' details and transactions. Creative invoice templates are attractive and easy to understand. I have some suggestions: add quantity (units for pieces as well) where we have to mention the price for a piece without tax.
