Zoho Mail is a pretty good platform because you can use your business email from another host and connect with Zoho Mail to actually receive emails under that domain.

Zoho's community plays an active role in its intuitive features and wide scope of functionality. We have been using Zoho Mail for a long time within our organization, and the first thing we would like to highlight about it is that it's free to use! We were unable to connect our domain's DNS to Google Workspace for free in order to use Gmail as our mailbox since Google Workspace is a paid platform. But with Zoho, and especially Zoho Mail, the scope of use cases that we have developed is just never-ending. We have only 5 users assigned to Zoho Mail since that's enough for our whole organization to function, and our messaging systems have never faced any issues! Zoho Mail integrates easily with almost any other platform, thus causing us no issues during deployment. For any organization just starting out, Zoho Mail is a must-go-to tool if you don't opt to pay for a mailbox service in the beginning.

It provides the best connectivity and collaborative communication with co-workers; we can now upload and share in a common and organized way thanks to its features.

It helps the organization to be available on a single platform. We really like the task module and chat module in Zoho Mail. Highly recommend.

Before, we had issues when using webmail. We had to wonder whether the mail was being delivered or not. We even had to ask people to check their spam folders. After integrating Zoho, there have been no issues at all. Overall, it's good.

I used this app. Zoho is the best app out there. I like it. I also use all Zoho products; all products are good and provide the best service. I recommend Zoho products to all my friends and relatives. Zoho Invoice and Docs systems are also better. Zoho Mail is very interactive.

Pros: Zoho's free email service has no ads anywhere in the user interface, and you can set Zoho to collect email from other email accounts. Cons: The signup page can be difficult to locate, and there is no way to import contacts from your social media sites.

Zoho Mail is one of the best and emerging domains in mail clients, with thousands of users and a partnership with IndiaMART for its maximizer customers and excellent service. I give it a rating of 4, only because it does not allow sending to more than 100 recipients in a single email. Everything else is good.

It's a really effective and useful tool for email marketing. It has truly made bulk mailing and email marketing easy. It's user-friendly and easy to use. Beginners will surely enjoy it.

If Zoho had not changed their format for viewing and sending emails, I would definitely give it 5 stars. What I don't like is that I can only view my messages on half of the page instead of the full page, and when you want to send or forward, the alphabet is your only option, making it very time-consuming and repetitive.

Great Update: working much better now. From the previous review, it worked great but constantly crashed after the update on the S5. It notifies me there's an email, then stops and crashes. Adding multiple accounts: This app runs perfectly but just needs the option to add multiple accounts. It would be nothing less than perfect if that is possible in their next update. Missed Alerts: The app does not currently have the option to run at startup. As someone who reboots his phone relatively frequently, forgetting to restart the app will cause me to miss calendar and email alerts. Please add this functionality! The interface is otherwise quite nice, although accessing the calendar could be a little more straightforward.

A gem among all free mail services. People think Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo are the only top three. But try this one, and you will realize where it ranks. Very well organized and stylish. Once you start using it, you will forget all other mail providers. Clutter-free mail helps you stay spam-free.
