Ease of Use, Straightforward and Simple to Navigate

It is user-friendly and efficient. Its home tab gives me a clear summary of my payslips, tax, and EPF, making it easy for me to get a glimpse of my finances. It also provides a detailed view of my salary structure, payslips, and annual earnings. Submitting IT declarations and proof of investments through the portal is very straightforward and saves me a lot of time. Additionally, all my needed documents are neatly organized. Overall, it is very organized and simple for me.

What do you like best about Zoho Payroll?

The IT self-declaration feature and submitting proof of investments, while also selecting the old or new regime by comparing the tax liabilities, is the most intelligent feature, I believe.

What do you dislike about Zoho Payroll?

Salary details show only monthly salary breakups. If showing annual CTC and breakups is also included, then it will be good. Annual salary breakup is only visible when the salary structure is downloaded in the PDF format.

Here is My amazing experience with Zoho payroll software

Zoho Payroll is software where even a new employee can have a seamless experience without any confusion. This is my first payroll experience, and I had a great time reviewing my payslips, salary structure, and the welcoming UI. I also submitted my investment declarations with ease using all the available options. This gave me a very good understanding of my tax structure and salary breakdown. A big thanks to the Zoho team!

Well organised Payroll Processing

Payroll processing has become so easy that the stress of meeting deadlines is met with confidence, thanks to Zoho. Small features like the pay run of multiple batches, such as billable or non-billable salary components, can be a part of payroll instead of Zoho People.
