If zoom have a feature of sharing PPT slides, which other persons can download too, It will be a great help for all the people who use zoom to attend online classes.
What other products like ZOOM have you used or evaluated?
I've tried Google Meet and Jitsi meet, zoom is better than google meet but on free version of zoom we can only do meeting for 40 minutes while on google meet and jitsi it is more. But the latency is very less on zoom and it works smoothly even on low speed internet.

Review about ZOOM
Since I started using Zoom, I wasn't confident about trying Zoom with only 2 uses. I only know what I learned through trial and error. Now I can't imagine not being able to zoom 2 for social meetings/groups/even educational webinars. I'm just using my phone or my 7" tablet while saving up for a real laptop with a big screen to communicate with everything and everyone on the screen.

What I appreciate best about Zoom is how simple it is to use. Zoom is the most significant meeting software because of its simple and intuitive user interface and superb UX. Zoom's conferences are excellent, and it requires roughly 2 Mbps for them, allowing you to interact well even on weaker connections. At the very least, you'll be able to hold audio conferences no matter where you are, using significantly less bandwidth. Zoom is ideal for webinars since it supports presentations of any file format. To begin production, add the slides you've made in Powerpoint or Slide into the task area. My favorite features are screen recording, screen sharing, and changeable backgrounds. I enjoy the camera options, which allow you to change the backdrop, compensate for poor light, and even 'touch up' your look. Finally, I like how simple it is for me to meet with clients and prospects now. I can effortlessly plan and organize video conferences with individuals from all around the world. As long as you have a reliable internet connection, you should be OK.

What do you like best about ZOOM?
Zoom is so easy to use that even my 7-year-old student can use it seamlessly. Face-to-face learning has resulted in more interactive learning sessions. I can also share youtube videos for interactive sessions. The recording feature of zoom is very helpful. I can share the recorded sessions with the absentees so that they could patch up with their studies. The most favourable feature of Zoom is that it works on various popular operating systems including Windows, Mac IOS and Android.
What do you dislike about ZOOM?
My students often complain that when they switch to another application, the audio of the screen sharing is not audible and only the voice of the teacher is audible. Also, when they switch to any other app, their video switches off automatically. Zoom can add on the feature of floating screen. The company can work on these two minor drawbacks to improve customer satisfaction.

Zoom has been very helpful specially during this covid time as it has made to work from home very comfortable without any much hastle. Best part is that it can work on multiple platforms and with no limit on persons connected.
I am an employee working in private sector. Before covid19 we had our usual meetings in office but because of covid19 this was not possible. Our company started using zoom meetings app and this app helped us work together even from home. The video and voice quality was good. The inbuilt features are also good. It is best for Online conferences.
Zoom meetings are the best software for Online/conferences. I recently organized a conference, which had over 1000 Participants and in zoom it just const me 8000 INR that for a month. The only problem is with zoom is that their webinar plan is very high in rate.

The app is good, simple and available on all platforms like android, windows, linux etc.

Great and easy tool for video conferencing.
Useful tool for virtual video conference. In our organization, it helped a lot with our board meetings, client meetings and team discussions. Best video conference app
I use zoom a lot with online classes. It's about as good as any online video conferencing app can get. It's perfect- what more could anyone want? And all the extra parts- touch up your appearance, virtual background, turn upside down, it's amazing! It hardly ever glitches too.I would say that zoom is the best option. You don't even have to pay! It's amazing. but for personal uses I wouldn’t recommend it for larger companies.

A Savior in times.
When we were all stuck in our homes, Zoom brought a huge change. It instantly overtook it's predecessor Skype and rapidly grew its users. Allowing several features to begin with and constantly updating them to newer needs, Zoom is value for its money! It made video conferencing made a piece of cake!

Very easy to use platform to share information

What do you like best about ZOOM?
The feature that most positively impressed me about Zoom is that this platform brought me excellent functionality in its mobile app. In our work area it is very important to keep in touch at all times, which is why this application has meant a lot to us, because it has allowed us to communicate regardless of whether we are outside of our working hours. In addition, Zoom offers a large maximum number of participants for each videoconference, something that has undoubtedly allowed us to have a better development and to share information with more people.

Met my expectations regarding performance
Zoom Meetings has been a fully functional platform throughout my company, it has provided an excellent form of open communication on a network where stability abounds. What do you like best about ZOOM?
One of the things that most positively drew my attention about Zoom is that this platform offers me unmatched video quality and amazing audio transmission, which helps a lot to make a video conference or video call run quickly and easily. The video quality that Zoom offers is good in its version for computers and its version for mobile phones. Another positive point about Zoom is that it has an extremely simple implementation, which has allowed me and my entire team to adapt quickly to its structure.
What do you dislike about ZOOM?
The only negative factor that I have noticed about Zoom is that this platform does not offer a good file transfer service, the network it uses to transfer files to other users or transfer documents is extremely slow, which at times has limited a little what we can get from this platform. I believe that this functionality should be improved immediately to allow us a better performance.

Excellent software for team collaboration

One of the best business meeting service
We initially used skype business but it uses more data and less interaction options. Zoom has options like yes, no , raise hand and many more options which make the team meetings and sessions much more interactive. We can also ask polls to the entire audience. Nice to have zoom meeting for small business
During this covid 2019 time, we found it very useful and easy to use. We are small software consultant and used to have daily client meeting. No need to install it, simple web interface. Also free version is also good but works only for 45min.

Clean & Smooth
I have used quite a few softwares for Cloud Meetings during this Pandemic but i must say that Zoom has the most easy and smooth interface. With its Pro Version, the features are even better like unlimited Meeting Hours which means no more ending the meeting in 40 mins. A must try for all you guys who are working from home.

Great app

zoom is best video conference tool
It's very smooth and the connection does not break during a video call. I have tried a few video conferencing software and Zoom is the best by far. It has a user-friendly interface and even a person without IT skills can use it with ease. I would recommend Zoom to anyone who is looking for video conferencing.

1)We can mute / unmute at once which is needed while doing so many video confrencing. 2)It shows the details of the people who write in the screen. 3)its easy userinterface. 4) we can keep it on the background too and we can do other work which is the best part. 5) An popup comes in windows which is the best option. 6)The link never expire for recurring meeting.
What do you dislike about ZOOM?
Nothing much, I love using Zoom. Sometimes it takes time to load on the browser login in. Thie desktop version is a bit slow at times, well that might again depend on the computers processor speed. Some features such as white-boarding, polling, and remote control are difficult to use for beginners. The business and enterprise plans can get a bit expensive, so if Zoom can look at bringing its price down then it will capture a larger market.

the non-user-friendly way to either copy the meeting invite, or how to share the info for a meeting invite. If you have previously set up a recurring meeting and you are interested in re-sharing the info, they make it hard to spot the buttons where the info is hidden under

the software is very simple to use even when you don't have an account, it's just a link when the app is installed and you can go into meetings, this simplicity made a lot of people be able to use it, the UI is simple and straight forward, sharing options are too many even sharing your audio only with the meeting is a strong feature i didn't find in other products, as well as any source of video or audio, virtual backgrounds are a great feature especially when they are a video and the graphics card is strong enough to handle them, meeting control settings for hosts is very good
How ZOOM is better/different from its competitors?
I like that Zoom is easy to use. It takes only a few seconds to schedule a meeting or start one on the fly with invitations being sent immediately. Having an interface that is easy to navigate is one of the biggest merits of Zoom as it reduces any complexity that a beginner may face. The video conferences through Zoom are very clear and without any drop in quality. I've also used Zoom for screen sharing and there were no issues with how it functioned.

They have no service focus. They respond to you for technical support after the license period gets expired. It seems they are using COVID as an excuse. I bought an Add on License but had difficulty in attaching the same to my plan. When I could not figure out the same I raised a Ticket but they did not respond with a resolution for 2 months. The License validity was only 1 month. The Support framework is Video based so you need to watch a lot of content to get to understand your specific needs. There is not text search where by you can get straight to the point. Further the license gets auto updated and the attached card gets charged. Even if you tell them that this was picked because of the auto pay feature and it was never used (The use data is available with them) they do not refund the money.

My overall experience has been Average. I enjoy the meetings but if I have to change the settings I find it difficult and cumbersome. It’s confusing. For one of my meetings, two meeting id were created. Don’t know how.

Concern about security. Many hidden charges applicable. Not more than 500 user can participant like Cisco Webex. Toll charges are also applicable. Zoom is taking more money for calling via Video end device which is absolutely free on WebEx.

My firm has recently started using zoom. Zoom has a friendly User Interface. It consumes less bandwidth. Even with low internet connectivity, It keeps everyone connected for business. Zoom has a whiteboard feature which can be used in training or calls to explain any feature, aspect, or to consolidate the discussions. Zoom meetings can be secured with passwords which makes it great for business meetings with clients while dealing with confidential information.

What do you like best about ZOOM?
Zoom requires less bandwidth for meetings which makes it good for usage while working remotely. Even Zoom Mobile app supports all the features.
What do you dislike about ZOOM?
In Zoom, only the host or co-host can record the meeting session. This feature is not enabled at the participant level. I feel this is a feature that can be improved.
