1. Ease of use, 2. Simple and best user interface, 3. No need for learning as in Tally, 4. No need for an accounting background, 5. Frequent updates (mobile/desktop), 6. The team is always open to customer inputs/suggestions; if they feel it's necessary, they will implement it and provide updates. There is no other software compared to Zybra providing 3 companies and so many features at this price. Zybra will be among the top accounting software companies by 2021.
What do you like best about Zybra?
1. Copy option for invoice/estimate/DC/etc.2. Convert estimate to invoices directly.3. Convert invoices to credit notes directly.4. Stock transfer is easy between godowns.5. E-way bill JSON file can be generated for multiple invoices.
What do you dislike about Zybra?
Some features are in the pipeline, so waiting for those, like save as draft and credit note options for retail invoices, which the team has said will be provided by Feb 2020. Other things are small changes as per changing norms.

Must buy if you are a team of 3-4 people and need an app for your business on the go. These users can be role-based, i.e., the Super Admin can create roles based on the work each team member does.
What do you like best about Zybra?
Daily invoicing, credit returns, and expense bills can be done using the mobile app. The best thing is I got a personalized invoice design.
What do you dislike about Zybra?
Lacks bank integration, which they say is in the pipeline and will be available in a few months.

I suggest if you are going offline, go online and save your money while getting high-quality features. I have seen many software options like Tally Miracle and other online software, but they have some limitations. I like your software and recommend it for Indians to use. Multi-User software so my salespersons and my team are also using this software. Anytime, anywhere can use. Also, support is very good with accounting and software and very low price.
What do you dislike about Zybra?
No cons compare to Tally. It is very better. No limitation in this software.

I think they need to compare with others and then consider that it was a really bad experience. Within 3 days, I told them I didn't need this software, but they have no policy for that.

I was using the Vyapar App previously but needed software that is multi-user and has data sync across all devices. I looked at options including QuickBooks and Zoho Books. Zoho Books is costly for multiple users, and QuickBooks doesn't have GST return filing. I came across Zybra through SoftwareSuggest. It's a must-buy software for business owners. I have got it for 3 years, and my team is happily using it daily.

GST upload directly from software, easy import from Vyapar, handy Android app, barcode & inventory

Bank integration is still pending, but the team has promised to deliver it soon.
