Completely unsuited for the food service industry

It is in no way suited for the actual needs of the restaurant industry. It is a basic Access program. You must allow full access to all company financials to cash out a customer. Wages, sales, tips and payment methods cannot be sorted. I can find no viable way to even accept any payment other than cash. You must generate a batch, then sort sales, then sum all cash sales, separate and isolate the tips, then designate an individual employee each and every time a server closes out their drawer for the shift. Yeah, try doing that for a couple dozen employees 3 times a day. By their admission, they do not see this as a problem. They will try to fix it in the future, but they are not sure how, when or if it can be done.

How many times must I repeat that you have no idea how woefully inadequately this software meets the needs of the smallest of restaurants, let alone be expected to function in a high-volume business setting.

I will never utilize this company or the products in my businesses.
