How long have you been working with this product?

I have been working with Xmplar for more than 7 Years.

What is the most interesting thing about your job?

Serve customers in delivering a product or solution to digitize/automate their business process and to exceed the customer expectations by overcoming the challenges which come on our way.

Are there any ideological principles that your organization follows to maintain the brand value?

Yes, our core value is to ensure that we deliver a successful project, and the customer derives value out of the solution/product delivered by us. Our solutions are more scalable and adaptable. Dependability, trustworthiness, and reliability are a few other key driving principles to maintain our brand value.

Considering the pace at which the SaaS market is growing, how important is it to keep innovating to stay in the game?

It’s very important to keep innovating to ensure that the TCO for the end customer comes down, and they really derive maximum benefits. Apart from the product functionality, we need to keep innovating to improve the usability of the application and technological enhancements to make sure the product really belongs to the class of “Cloud Native Application.”

What is one thing that puts your product apart from the crowd?

Rich functionalities, easy adaptability by any class of people, lightweight architecture, AI enablement are some of the key differentiators.

How would you define “a successful product”?

A successful product is one that is simple to use, easily understandable/adaptable by any class of people, and provides options to ensure a smooth transition from their legacy system.

What exciting is coming up from your side in 2020?

Apart from the functional enhancements, our plan is to have standard external connectors to 3rd party applications, Bots for automating the mundane tasks (like Purchase invoice booking), Flexible Report/Document writer tool, Flexible screen designs, etc. These are some of the items on our product road map.

What helps you stay updated, interested, and inspired?

Customer’s feedback, frequent need/changes of the market, and our internal urge to differentiate our product with others are the parameters that keep us always inspired and motivated.
