Cons
When you have multiple tasks that only a single representative can handle, it is best to block off time from one task while another is reserved. For instance, I offer 15-minute consultations in addition to tax preparation. I had to hire a fictitious employee for the 15-minute consultations, which can only be booked from 10 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays through Thursdays. If someone books a free 15-minute consultation, I have to go back to my real employee account and change the availability time to reflect the time I wont be available for tax preparation.
