IGNORE SETTINGS AND CUSTOMER DEVLEOPERS PRETEND IT IS SUPPOSED TO
KeePass allows you to use certain character sets (lower caps, higher caps, numerals, etc.) and then ignores your choices. There are ways to force it, but that is too technical and complicated.
