Real-time Tracking and Analytics - We are able to understand our data and use it to drive decisions, prior we had all our data in siloed systems and it was tough for our teams to make sense of it. Now all our data from our OMS, WMS, TMS and ERP is integrated into one platform. 2. Demand Forecasting and Inventory Management - The SKU level shipment tracking paired with the inventory management feature has changed the way we operate. We now fully understand where each product is in our supply chain, know our ETA's and know when we need to order more.3. Multi-modal Transportation Tracking - Multimodal tracking has improved our customer service teams greatly. Before they had to track down information from different teams, now they can look into the Orkestra dashboard and see exactly where each shipment is and it's ETA/4. Dashboards for all our teams: Finance, SCM, Procurement - Every team has its own dashboard. Finance can see the cost drivers and report on them, SCM has all the tools to manage the supply chain, and procurement has accurate inventory level understanding while knowing what is set to come and when."

Orkestra's Supply Chain Platform

Overall this experience was outstanding and still drives tremendous business value. Orkestra presented us with a platform that feels and looks professional and modern. Their platform has features for everything we need for every team. Our company uses it daily for everyone from Finance to Procurement. Our supply chain management team has increased our operations' efficiency while being more cost-effective. Their SKU level tracking has been a game changer and allows us to understand inventory levels. Our route optimization has improved, and an overall decrease in supply chain waste. Our CO2 footprint has decreased overall as a result and costs too. Orkestra has been an excellent tool, and we continue to make the most of it.
