Love the ease of it.
We used to pay 2 separate companies for POS and one for online ordering. with QSR online it's ALL IN ONE (and cheaper than the old companies). Simple to use, good user interface. Able to easily manage tables, split orders, split menu items. The system runs fast and is very responsive. I like the numerous reports that I can have emailed to me on a regular basis. It certainly makes my job easier. QSR online also offers very thorough accounting and inventory software that makes it easy for us to see where our money is coming and going! We are solving the problem of efficiency, productivity, and accuracy. I also love the ease of reports for taxes and inventory.

Excellent All in one software
QSR online is Very easy to use and teach new employees. Strengthening communication between the front and back of the restaurant with ease. As a small restaurant, QSR online allows us to serve customers quickly and efficiently. As well, the back end of this product makes it make very to implement menu changes. The cloud-based reporting is a helpful tool that allows us to get send out daily email reports to the whole upper management team along with being paired with a handy app that allows us to monitor the restaurant real time. The dashboard and intuitive user experience made it so that mistakes were better avoided on tickets sent to the kitchen.
