Wooqer has been a game changer for our operations.

We have more visibility into field activity in terms of store visits and audits. We communicate more easily with our field team and onboard and train our team faster on new procedures and products. Wooqer has been an incredible tool to keep our store staff connected even during Covid. We can make sure everyone is well aligned, and we communicate and train our team (FTE and part-time) with Wooqer chapters. The ability to design our processes easily in a few clicks is a big differentiator compared to the tool we were previously using. We have digitized all our operations in a few weeks and transformed how we run our business. It has been a game-changer. It is simple to use daily and gives us more visibility into operations, compliance, and audits.

Decent app, decent UI, okay customer service

Overall experience is good. The user interface is good, user friendly in both app and web version, certain areas such as data collection requires work, service is okay not quick. Overall I will gove it 3stars.
