Dispatchbot is being shutdown
Dispatchbot itself is great NEMT software but the owner, CTS, is shutting down Dispatchbot and thru its partnership with Logisticare, forcing customers into Tripmaster, an outdated and more complex system. The UI harkens back to the days of windows 95. Duet dispatch is developing something similar to dispatchbot check them out.
