The tool is intuitive and easier to use compared to others in the market

Responsive, high-quality training, made for everyone.

For us, translations are key. Specially now, that we’re taking our courses to businesses from abroad. Many options for customization and interactivity that offer a top-notch experience.

One of the things I like the most are the customization options. For example, Smart Colors, which essentially allows you to choose a color palette and customize it to your liking, and all the course elements adapt to it. It seems like it is very well-designed, so you don’t have to edit one item at a time. It almost seems like the tool does the work for you; it allows you to just flow with the content. Even with experience, it’s a tool that gives you a lot of freedom. I can edit whenever I want or change the elements that don't quite fit with what my audience wants. In short, a reliable and highly recommended option.

Fully intuitive creation process with professional results

What do you like best about isEazy Author?

Making my content attractive was my main issue when I decided to look for another authoring tool. I noticed my students didn’t take that much time to learn from my courses, so they didn’t assimilate concepts that well. But with games, exercises and the highly visual presentation, this is not a problem anymore. Now e-learning content is a pleasure for them to consume. Information is so nicely displayed, they go through slides like never before. I also can adapt my content to an express course or to a classic one, depending on my needs. It’s very noticeable that all the elements are thought out to make the process a breeze.

What do you dislike about isEazy Author?

It’s been working perfectly since getting it, around one year ago, so no complaints.

What do you like best about isEazy Author?

isEazy provides a reliable way of creating content that adds real value to my training, especially when I target a younger audience. I can tell they enjoy the content and it’s much easier for them to learn. Now, my content adapts to any device and allows them to train anywhere, which wasn’t as easy with other authoring tools.

What do you dislike about isEazy Author?

Since responsiveness is so important for my training, I think we should be able to edit our courses from a tablet or mobile phone. Especially when we have to change something quickly, on the go. This is something to think about for the future, no doubt.

Powerful pre-designed templates and easy to share courses

isEazy offers, without the need for previous training, such an easy process for creating high quality content. Having pre-designed elements that you can just drag and drop into the slide makes the process so intuitive and actually fun. I have never thought creating e-learning content could be this breezy. Plus, you have quite a few options to share your content, so your audience can have access to the training hassle-free. I’ve started using it a few months ago and HAD to make my team do the same. They got the hang of it pretty fast and all of a sudden, we’re all creating training material for several departments. Considering we’ve only done like three courses in two years, now we create them in a blink of an eye.

STRENGHTS

You’re able to customize every step of the way, creating appealing personalized content. The possibility to customize every element of the course is my biggest pro about isEazy. It’s one of the most intuitive tools I’ve used. I’ve been able to create really nice courses with a small learning curve, adapting all the elements in a blink of an eye. The feature I enjoy the most is their Smart Colors. Obviously you have to have an upgraded plan to use it but that’s a given with this kind of feature, I guess.

Great for creating content adapted to different clients and therefore, look & feels

I’ve been creating online courses for clients for quite some time now and have experience with different tools. There are great ones out there, of course, but isEazy became my favorite really fast because it makes the editing process actually fun. All the options for organizing your content are very well structured, so you don’t get lost. And if you do, there’s always someone to help you. Plus, I don’t have to go look outside the tool for nice images to illustrate my content, even though all courses are very unique. The image bank that comes with the tool is amazing, quite extensive and the option for video allows you to make it interactive. This is a recent update, but a very cool one. The overall experience is that the tool turns my courses into beautiful and effective content.

A tool to create professional content, without the need for prior know-how or experience

When I started using isEazy, it was my first experience with a content creation tool, and I created the first course very quickly. I’d say I was about 95% autonomous. The support team helped me quickly when I asked them a few questions, and they were very friendly. Smooth operation and a wide variety of resources. WEAKNESSES So far, I haven't seen anything that I dislike or find complicated about the tool. At most, perhaps the issue of certain features being restricted with the free license. I knew they had the Smart Colors feature and would have liked to try it from the beginning. Or add my own fonts to personalize my projects even more.

I can easily reuse previous content and create better courses that are also 100% responsive

One of my biggest needs was to reuse the content I had from previous training programs, most of them in PowerPoint and PDF. What won me over with isEazy was the ease with which I was able to integrate this previously created material into the tool, and turn it into much more dynamic and appealing online courses, which also adapt to any device. Most of my audience are young people who complete the training on their phones, so being able to create my courses and have all the elements adapt automatically saves me a lot of time. All the games, exercises, tests, etc. that I incorporate are perfectly displayed, and I notice how much more engaging they are than my previous content. A 10/10 definitely. I will continue to use isEazy and I look forward to its new updates.

isEazy is the ideal software for professionals who work with different corporate images and need quality ready-to-use resources.

I started creating my courses using isEazy because I'm a freelancer and needed a tool that would give me different options. I work with several clients with very different corporate images, and needed to create a variety of content without having to create each template from scratch. Before, this process of adapting templates and elements took me a great deal of time. Now, my entire creative process has been streamlined. In addition, I can modify them whenever I want if I see a section that doesn't quite fit or if there are content updates.

The easy it us to use. You get used to this tool really quick and the final result is very professional.

What do you dislike about isEazy Author?

I'd like for them to keep updating the template designs. The selection they have now is fine, but it would be nice to have other new models as well. If you are an agency or a freelancer like me, and you have to deal with different training needs, the variety of resources is essential.

Great tool to start creating online training courses

Intuitive and easy from the very start. It's a good option for professionals who don't have much experience creating content. In my team, most of us are engineers without much knowledge of e-learning, so it's nice to have found a tool that actually works without effort.

What do you like best about isEazy Author?

Mainly its ease of use. We haven't got the chance to try many tools for creating cotnent, but with isEazy we could start creating online material within the first 30 minute, I'd say.

What do you dislike about isEazy Author?

We would like the exercises to be more varied. In our case, as we start to create courses on more complicated topics where we go into a lot of detail, a wider variety of exercises would be helpful to embody the main concepts.

The chance to add external content right in the course. For instance, PDFs and so on. You can find a way to put them into the course, but it's not as practical as II'd like. Not a major drawback, anyway.

What other products like isEazy Author have you used or evaluated?

I haven't used any tool that's similar. We're kind of new in the content creation world, so isEazy was our first try.

How isEazy Author is better/different from its competitors?

As I said, I haven't used any other competitor tool so far.

A powerful software: good organization of content, which enables both content creation and learning

I had some reservations at first because I didn't have any technical or programming know-how. but the way the contents are organized into folders and sections and the ease of editing were a pleasant surprise. I thought it would be more complicated to start creating e-learning content.

What do you like best about isEazy Author?

As I said, the most benefitial feature was how easy it was to start off, even if you're inexperienced. I was able from the beginning to have all my projects very well organized, which led to being much more efficient when working with the rest of the team. Creating courses as fas as I did, with a really nice quality and adding so much interactivity made me want to keep improving the content I offer. I really recommend the tool.

What do you dislike about isEazy Author?

The fact that they only allow you to create 3 projects with the free license was a bit limiting for me at first. Since you are just starting and want to become 100% confident with the functionality, learning how to set up the games and exercises, etc. I would like them to provide the option to create some more.

One of the most user-friendly e-learning tools I've ever used

I've been using isEazy for about a year. I had used other software in the past, but none of them were so intuitive. When switching tools, I was worried that it might be a complicated transition for team members, that there would be a huge learning curve. but that wasn't the case at all. From the very first day, we started creating content that was really tailored to our needs. While you might have to try the tool out a bit to get the hang of it, you learn quickly.

isEazy is one of the most user-friendly e-learning tools I've ever used, regardless of your content creation experience.

What do you dislike about isEazy Author?

The only thing I can think of is that they should continue to expand their customization options, maybe more fonts and such. What they offer now is fine and gives you variety, but when you have different audiences and needs to meet, the more options the better.
