Using Lobbytrack has been helpful in improving our company’s visitor management. The software is very easy to navigate. We also enjoyed the notification feature for hosts upon their guest’s check-in. The user interface on the iPad for guest check-in is well done, although the interface for check-in on the PC feels a little too simplistic and outdated. We also enjoyed the customizable options for required guest information, but it would be helpful if we could still create appointments despite missing some of the information. For example, we may not always have an email address for a service technician. Overall, Lobbytrack has been well received by our staff and our guests!

Before our guests are often signed in using pen and paper, and to tell you the truth, it is not the most efficient option out there. Also, it is not the best method for security measures at all.
