We had multiple courses with different pedagogy, duration and learning outcomes. Our current LMS was insufficient to provide a solution for all type of courses.

We are able to achieve phase 1. This would be solving 70% of our problems.

What were your goals for this project?

We approached Binmile to help us manage our incident, problem, change, and service request needs effectively and to improve the quality of our services. A lot of the process we followed in our team was manual that was resulting in unnecessary workload for our employees.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Binmile's ServiceNow expert team Developed and Implemented ITSM solutions that helped enhance the efficiency of the process while extending customisation on the incident, problem, and change forms as per our business needs. They integrated ServiceNow Virtual Agent with MS Teams to raise the incidents, FCR requests, and travel requests directly from teams and also developed an Analyst Dashboard required by ServiceDesk agents on Agent Workspace. Using the OOB Change Request table, they customized the normal/ standard/ emergency workflow for change. CMDB implementation was offered by Binmile experts for all configuration items on a single system of record for business-critical processes alongside Testing using ServiceNow ATF. To streamline our HR services, simple automated workflows for standard requests were implemented with an easy to access self-help portal and knowledge base for fast and efficient resolution of questions and queries.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team maintained a standard communication flow that included daily huddles, weekly sink ups and monthly review meetings with the team and higher management that helped remove any bottlenecks that occasionally popped in between. This was helpful in keeping a smooth workflow between the team that ensured transparency throughout the development process. The delivery was always on time along with timely updates about the progress. We loved how transparently the team was progressing forward. The team conducted weekly and bi-monthly huddles for progress updates and resolving issues. They had a proactive attitude towards handling the project and ensuring timely project deliveries.

Creating test cases for both Positive, Negative, and Corner cases. Executing test in Staging environment & Sanity test in Production. Create automation testing.
