DART Direct Mail is FANTASTIC. I have been with them for 5 years now. They have helped me grow by literally thousands of new customers. They assist with customized New Business mailings and Retention projects for my current customers. The owner, David, treats his clients as if they were friends in his own home, as does his entire team. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them.

The only con that comes to mind is something that DART addressed with us. Several years ago when we began working with them, we requested a single point of contact - or at least a consistent team. They were happy to make that enhancement to our service and the partnership has been strengthened as a result.

We began working with DART several years ago - at that time my primary goal was to outsource the management of my Direct Mail work.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Their management of our Direct Mail process has grown to include much of our marketing efforts. They have been crucial partners in growing our business.

It has been beyond effective - it's been seamless.

Very effective, we had regular reporting and scheduled touch base calls with our representative.

We were provided with zero leads on our marketing campaign and were not given a refund. Horrible business, would not recommend to anybody, and does not answer emails. They always say you get what you pay for! Ten times out of ten, the cheaper bid is always the worst!
