Agilysys is userfriendly and a must have tool for resturant/ retail business

Agilysys is a perfect solution for our business environment because our cashiers move from outlet to outlet within the shift. Also, the system is very secure. I've used this for both a front-end user and back-end programmer perspective. Being trained as a front end user was quite simple and easy to pick up. It is very easy to find what you need. There are so many ways to customize the product to the needs of the individual business and the Agilysys support team is on call 24/7 making it easy to ask questions. Agilysys can also be a great reporting tool. It is great to know you can go on a dashboard and go the report section and pull up reports that will provide real-time information for your restaurant or retail store.

Agilysys is outstanding

Agilysys is very user-friendly. New/unexperienced users are able to comprehend the software and easily figure it out. The graphics are great. Easy to identify the items you are searching for. The left pane with the different tabs is very convenient. it is very simple to process credit cards, room charge, internal tenders  It is very convenient for the Guest to be able to have corrections made the same day of the transaction. The diverse functionality of Agilysys is outstanding. We have been able to track usage and open up the system to allow for the best guest experience without sacrificing control. The benefits we receive from using Agilysys is that the system is constantly being upgraded to allow for all the new configuration needs.

It is easy to setup and use software

Agilysys is a document management solution it has improved my hospitality business within a week. The restaurant management system offers true integration with the existing applications. This is the system to I have been looking for. I just installed it in my system and it is good to go.
