No need to install and maintain
One of the best part which I found in it you can track the performance of an employee in real time with the help of Observation Checklist which is a part of Performance cloud. I found it so much efficient because I don't need to install this software as it is software-as-a-Service(Saas). Previously I lost my all data due to my system getting crashed. The issue will not re-occur as I have switched to cloud and Cornerstone now.

Cornerstone Performance is highly efficient and powerful software. I am the owner of recruitment firm which is situated in Agra. There are more than 100 employees working in my firm.
