Every official needs this for business and billing purposes. It is very useful with a user-friendly interface, making it easy to use. I am very comfortable using this.

The negative aspect I felt was that the technical support is not free; we need to pay for it. This software can also support multiple businesses and multiple users via web access. It supports label and envelope printing. There is an easy-to-understand interface that can walk you through any task without needing to consult the help pages or an accounting-for-dummies book. You do not need to know traditional accounting terms to use this software, so there is not much of a learning curve required. Using Express Invoice is as simple as clicking “create new invoice” or “apply payment.” Summary: When it comes right down to it, Express Invoice is nice to look at, and its beauty is backed up with some serious accounting tools. However, if you need help using it, you will have to purchase a support plan.
