My team has been using iPatientCare since 2015 and they have been very happy with the functionality of this practice management tool. The demographics, the detailed billing section, AR and reporting , iPatientCare has the capability to handle all of this efficiently. It functions very efficiently. Its clinical module has lots of specifics, spell checks, clinical coding within the chart and the software is much easier to navigate. There is immense ease of use, accurate billing alerts and reports. Overall, the system has a robust structure, tracking is easy and it offers a lot of features to simplify workflows. The customer care team is highly knowledgeable and patient with their clients. Whenever my team has had to contact them regarding any issues, they have always answered with detailed and thorough clarifications.
