I did used this software for past 6 months
It made our life eazy with all the support for us via automation and it's actually user friendly worked in few softwares do hotel in the past and never felt this comvinent I recommend everyone to try this.

Clean user interface, The interface is easy to use and easy to train staff in cloud-based software. Ease of use My staff, of varying computer knowledge, was able to pick it up very easily. . Works well on mobile platforms. Very quick and responsive tech support. Always there for you. KWHotel is constantly evolving which makes it never outdated in terms of what an KWHotel needs to efficiently accomplish his daily management. Can be accessed from anywhere and anytime.

The best part of KWHotel is its ability to tailor to each individual need by selecting options for each person. KWHotel is very user-friendly. always improving/expanding. Reporting is great. As a manager, KWHotel is simple to create rates, set restrictions, yield, get out to OTA's, control reports, create custom reports, control users, etc. KWHotel is really a great program. KWHotel is fairly easy to use, but you should have the official training to make sure you set it up correctly and use it correctly. Their support staff is very knowledgeable. We have been using KWHotel for our 5 hotels and plan to continue using it for our upcoming projects and ventures.
