Worst Service
It took more than 15 days to deliver the package, and it arrived in an awful state. They are very irresponsible. The customer service is the worst. They do not help. My box has been in Rewari for ten days. I’m writing this on 1st May. This is the worst of the worst courier service.

Pathetic services
You only want to acquire new customers to increase your revenue and growth. You have many customers now, which is why you are not taking care of your sellers. You are not providing proper services or responding adequately. That's why I decided to leave Shiprocket. The services and behavior of your customer support are very poor.

Shyplite. They are not taking monthly subscription charges and the prices of shyplite without subscription and the prices of shiprocket with a subscription are equal. Then why do I have to pay extra for subscription charges on shiprocket.
