The fee invoice printing and sending of the invoice through email and SMS are also available. The admin can send SMS to students, teachers, and parents. Examination management manages the exams and can print the marks sheet and also can send the result via email and SMS to parents. Student reports and result graph is also available to students and their parents through login. students can view there related information on their login. Invoices and examination result can be viewed and downloaded. The teacher can upload study material and students can download them via their login. the admin can enter news and events and these will be available on school portal for a public, and also will be seen on student/teacher login. Accountant login is also available, the accountant can create fees entries, by fee calculation every month, and can print the invoices, the payment entry is done by the accountant. the accountant can also enter the daily expenses, on dashboard2, the admin and accountant can see the financial activities which include fees, payments, adjustment, and expenses, this graph gave a graphical view to the admin and accountant about the financial activities of the school.
