Feature rich and easy to use

One of the best applications for delivery management, I have scaled operations using Tookan. It is stable, scalable, and feature-rich for versatile use across different workflows. Suitable for courier services, field-based service management, preventive and downtime maintenance tracking, food delivery, and e-commerce delivery. Custom templates and workflows make it seamless. There is also an option to integrate with third-party delivery service providers. Supports more than 150 integrations.

What do you like best about Tookan?

Features and ease of use support onboarding of freelancers, own fleet, and third-party delivery service providers. Robust auto allocation of orders supports pick and drop. Pricing is most competitive and is per task. For one pick-up and drop, they calculate it as one task, making it even more cost-effective. The company has integrated its own in-house chat and ticketing application called Hippo. Love the entire package of applications.

What do you dislike about Tookan?

The UI can be made more intuitive, but the current UI works best for operations teams who are likely to be less tech-savvy.
