Amazing Customer Support
Customer support is always prompt in their replies (I use the email for support feature, and have never waited more than an hour or two for a response) and will work with you until your question or issue is resolved. I cannot speak to the casework functions, but they are helpful with running reports and any other technical issues you may have.

sophisticated software for immigration case management, yet easy to use, kind of fun to create client and case files, calendaring, etc.
Compared to all prior immigration software I have used, this is by far the best. it has helped us keep everything including the filing system, and communication with clients and the outside world efficient and easy. dual calendaring, messenger system, uploading of client files, etc. Further, they have great training resources, on a YouTube channel and embedded into the software step by step, so we don't need to worry about training new staff. they have the best support around the clock they respond and the turnaround time is fast and you speak with a competent live person, not an AI-run machine.

Forms are really easy to use and their questionnaires are fantastic. eFiling is a life saver. I love the way it provides for client communication
What do you dislike about eIMMIGRATION?
It would be great if they support other countries as we occasionally have cases outside the United States.
What features is eIMMIGRATION currently missing?
they have added OFFICE365, which is a great feature, so we are good with that. their eFiling to USCIS is definitely superb and one of a kind. I do provide feedback and they have tried to always address our concerns. we have a thriving and sophisticated practice, so technology is key.
What other products like eIMMIGRATION have you used or evaluated?
I have used DOCKETWISE and MYCASE. Does not come close to eIMMIGRATION. with works perfectly with all of our IPHONES, and some staff have ANDRIOD phones and its just as good there.
