Working with Netsuite CRM has been a great experience.
With Netsuite CRM tool, users can send out invoices, receive payments, get notifications, send emails and get client feedback without much hassle. Other features that can be easily used are, tracking of client information, reviewing and updating of inventory etc. There are many other features that my team uses on a daily basis like emailing invoices, keeping track of finances with Netsuite's Ledger App, and keeping a tab on our correspondence with clients. Users can also create projects with clients or collaborate with other professionals. My team and I will continue to use and support Netsuite CRM system because Netsuite is continuously growing and always coming up with new features. Netsuite always provides clear and efficient options for tracking the growth of our business. Working with Netsuite CRM has been a great experience.

This CRM system can be integrated with project management, financials, human resources and other solutions. Netsuite also provides RTL support and a multilingual portal. The entire CRM software is easy to use, and filled with rich and unique features. Its layout design is better than most of its competitors. Netsuite has a wide set of API's which enables us to extend the platform. The customer service was very helpful for my staff as the officials were always available and all the queries were solved promptly. I would recommend Netsuite CRM as it has served my team with quality and efficiency.
