As of now we don’t think it has some points to highlight and notice any cons. Simply is a tool to work in all verticals for the business point of view and its horizon is widened too. About its future version's feature, AI should be incorporated in contact DB to see which contact is more likely to convert for a specific campaign based on past purchase and interaction behaviors.

Excellent tool to handle the incoming request and ticketing from the clientele

Easy to operate and Constantly evolving
I work as an account executive in the management consulting niche, and I would give Simply 5 out of 5 stars. We didn't really have a good system earlier, it was a manual pack of spreadsheets. We had dabbled with a system called Tout Application in the past, which was a bit of a turning backward. And shifting onto Simply allowed us to combine all of our contacts in one easy system. And also started doing email outreach at large, which really assisted us grow our business rapidly.

What do you like best about Simply CRM?
It helped us to grow our email outreach at a much larger pace with less traditional routine manual work than we were doing in the past. And that just blossomed from there. We realized there were so many amazing features like everything in the sales hub, from the pipelines, to reporting, and everything started to merge all places from there. We're using the full stack of marketing and sales tools that Simply is offering.
What do you dislike about Simply CRM?
As of now, there is no specific hurdle we had with the tool. We believe it to be great in marketing and it does the same. We have grabbed our customers' attention via fixing their issues instantly and it also helped in making connectivity too. In all, Simply is helpful for all our needs.

We have got an excellent solution to the problems related to the campaign and monitoring it for better performance. Overall, it works for optimum performance and efficiency. If you are new to Simply, you must go through their full features list to see if it fits nicely as per your needs. The good thing about this tool is it has a whole month trial period, and that is enough to assess any CRM for its efficacy.
What do you dislike about Simply CRM?
If we need to write about the detest, we must note a handy tool to improve your process flow and workflow altogether. Simply should use a click to open tray for the needful features instead of displaying them entirely on a page. This way, more clarity will be there as the user clicks to expand his page as per his need.

Simply offers security and access management with an ease and it's been almost 3 months now as a subscriber. Their CX support is excellent, knowledge repository is very helpful in understanding the program. We didn't encounter any cons so far.

At home page left pan, only a few i.e, 5 segments are available and they can provide much more to cover the blank or vacate space. They have so many pages/links to display so that the dashboard looks quite functional and occupied with relevant and needed data.

The calendar, vendor access, invoicing, appointment, opportunity, project, contract, billing etc are the sections they have made available on the quick panel top on dashboard. You will not have to browse or traverse here and there again and again for the quick job done. In all, Simply is a CRM that not only performs your tasks, but it handles it in an efficient manner.

When we tried searching for email templates, they have made available the same under the tools column and there are more than 20 different templates available. We have got trouble setting Up an invoice template but soon their support representative helped us via a quick call. We integrated many templates later on and done this job our own without any help. The best case scenario is it matches and addresses all our business needs and further customization via linking and configuring the third party APIs. The ease of managing records and processing them by applying further actions such as vendor or appointment/contact management, makes it more responsive and faster compared to other CRMs. Our original goal was to simplify the record keeping and marketing with the same. As of now, we are utilizing its full pace to convert and generate the customers engagement.

Simply is a great service to run all your client database to it. We have successfully tested it for months. A perfect suite for mid and small scale businesses. If you have a zero technical understanding, you can simply create features using drag and drop functionality. It’s been 4 months now and we have customized all our business processes in Simply. We had an issue at the time of the free trial period which was handled by their representative too quickly and extended their support to a non-paying customer :) We’ve already decided to proceed and execute all our customer-centric tasks using Simply CRM.

Great CRM for a startup
Simply is a tool that will never let you down, especially in your client database and managing them for the leads and further interaction. Best tool for small teams using Google Package

User and their contact management has never been that easier and Simply solved this problem via their dynamic tool. You can create contact forms very easily and assign them to your calendar in the simplest fashion. A great information manager and processor all together.

The only thing that we would love to see in Simply Dashboard is the colorful icons to manage the rapid fire one click tasks and that's it. It is a decorative stuff from our part that we would love to have else there is no functional or features requirements from our side. For us, it's the master key to access the customer database. Simply manages any task within a single click and that's the beauty of their dashboard. We would like to see some basic video tutorials corresponding to each job so that instead of reading the entire text support and steps, a video can explain things in that way.

One Click Task Manager- Great Product
Simply is super easy to use and their informative support makes it even better. They not only tell you how to accomplish a task, they also provide the 'why' for the task. It is a tool that I use all day, everyday and the social functionality is some of the best I've ever seen. I love being able to review all of the activity in one pane and even like comments or respond in that same pane. I wish that direct or private messages to our pages were accessible here, but I do get everything else. If you are looking for a marketing tool that includes all of the digital components for your marketing plan, this is it. You won't find a single platform that is as easy to use and incorporates so many of the things we do. My team especially likes the calendar view for scheduling Social posts. This, by itself, has allowed my team to plan and manage social media. We could go further, but choose not to.

A business revival software that has optimized the biz processes
My overall experience is great with Simply. I appreciate the Simply team members for their hard work and efforts to make it the easiest, simple, affordable and complete altogether. I really love their user interface, nice end-user experience. The marketing automation and lead management are providing additional pace to it. You can do a lot with this as it comes for a free trial and you can assess it further. But yes, I feel they should offer some interactive layout meaning when you hover the mouse to any specific feature/option such as user management, or project section, it should pop out the text, etc so that it can look more classy and readable, not necessary though.
