Salesforce CRM makes business workflows efficient and automates them on a daily basis. The insight gained by just reporting on client trends is very beneficial for my support, sales and account management teams. We use Salesforce to manage our prospects. My team is able to quickly go through the database of any client and look out for any relevant information pertaining to each individual. The users can easily track every prospect while they make their way through the sales process.When my technical team implemented Service Cloud, they found the setup to be very simple. Salesforce's Trail head site guided us through different settings and options. We found that almost 90% of our questions/queries could be found by reviewing the trail head modules. Salesforce is a great platform for linking all the sales processes and keeping all the client info housed. I would highly recommend Salesforce CRM software!

Salesforce is a customizable CRM software that grows with the business. It gives its users real-time client information and activity, insights with dashboards and reports. Users can connect with thousands of business applications and extend their CRM to every department of the organization. Salesforce has the ability to conform to a company's business model. It is an easy to use CRM tool with extensive features that are beneficial for my firm. It has been very easy to integrate Salesforce with other software, and has made a huge difference in the functioning of my company's CRM. We had tried multiple CRMs in the past, but Saleforce has come out as our hero. It lets my team manage multiple channels of my company in one place. It can also integrate with multiple soft phone services if necessary. Highly recommended Salesforce CRM for an efficient and streamlined workflow.

Pros: 1) Easy to use 2) Ability to customize the screens and workflows. Cons:1) Sometimes it takes awhile to refresh 2) Interface with other tools. 3) A quality of UI(but not at risk of being a resource heavy site -- with people using browsers on PCs, Tablets, as well as mobile(iOS/Andriod). Overall: Working in sales, it's so hard to have something that everyone has access to that I also easy to use. Salesforce is a wonderful tool to keep everyone on the same page! Easy to use, easy to read, and easy for list making.Abundant features and easy to read pdf tutorials.With the real-time tracking, this tool brought in lot of automation and issue tracking features which could be used by any team be it pre-sales, opportunity tracking or just plan customer issue tracking Finally, Kicked off the SaaS revolution
