The biggest benefit has been the ease of client and course bookings compared to when I did it manually. It has saved me time and resulted in an improved booking success rate. Client bookings are now so easy; I used to spend precious time emailing to find a suitable time slot. Now, clients can check all options, book, and make payments at the time of booking. Other systems I researched wanted extra money for this feature. It has been easy to use, and support has been quick and responsive when I have had problems. My life coaching clients are international, and currently, the appointment booking does not allow them to change to their own time zone to view appointments. This has caused a few difficulties when they have converted the time zone incorrectly, but I understand this feature is in development.
